In 2013, after years in marketing, advertising, and graphic communication, then 6 wonderful years as a full time mom, I decided to follow in a good friends footsteps to pursue a career that would help women gain relief from physical/emotional strain though relaxation massage. I believe strongly in the mind and body connection and science has just seen the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the electromagnetic field, energy transfer and massage/stretch as well as meditation and mind-body awareness. I studied relaxation or Swedish modality and this is often using pressure which I gauge intuitively. I have worked for seven years at great salons and a top rated spa. I strive to offer the exact spa experience at half the price! I enjoy a personal relationship with clients and rarely have more than five guests a week.

As a holistic practitioner and Reiki practitioner, i have learned to raise sensitive vibration and channel energy from within as well as from the sources to help others. This healing energy is often felt at my first touch, or polarity hold of the lower cranial region. Polarity is a proven physiological and scientific property. we are electromagnetic beings.

Simply put, Most everyone can feel the difference between someone who simply palpating muscle, not treating the Whole.

More incredible research is being done about cellular memory carried in the fibrous tissues of the muscle fascia where it can remain for years until released through the many forms of massage and energy work.
